- Real Estate & Territory – Get an overview of our tried and true demographis formula for finding the right territory and site location in your area. Territory analysis and design begin.
- Review Validations – A brief call to see how your validation calls went, and to answer any new questions that may have arisen along the way.
- Confirmation Day – Meet the executive team, view our headquarters and meet your support staff, visit a live National Mattress Outlet to observe our amazing business model in action, and have dinner with the CEO and Founder.
- Decision Day – Your signing call is scheduled, and franchise documents are executed.
